Delivery

Delivery Charges are as follows:-

  1. Standard Rates of delivery;
      Up to £30.00 is £2.50,
      Over £30.00, up to £50.00 is £3.50,
      Over £50.00, up to £100.00 is £4.50,
      Over £100 is £5.50.
  2. Next day delivery is £9.99.
  3. Free local delivery within a 5 mile radius.
  4. Free Shipping is only available with a valid coupon.

Delivery Options and Cost

  1. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.
  2. You can choose how soon you would like your order to arrive at the checkout with the options of standard or next day (if orders are placed before 12pm).
  3. You can choose local delivery option only if you live within a 5 mile radius from Crafty 4 Art and the amount of the order is over £10.
  4. Free Shipping will be given only with a valid voucher code.

Standard delivery

Your order should arrive in three to five working days. Our couriers need your signature on delivery, so please make sure someone is in to take delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery costs £9.99 (if ordered before Noon, excluding bank holidays or the weekends). Next day orders placed at the weekend will be processed on the following working day.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is free when you live within a 5 mile radius of Crafty 4 Art and the amount of the order is over £10.  Deliveries will be made between the hours of 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday respectively.

Delayed Orders

Please call our Customer Services team if your order has not arrived within 28 days with the order reference number from your confirmation email.
Contact our Customer Services Team on 01253 733 821 from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 5pm. Or email the Customer Services Team.

Delivery countries

We do not offer international delivery. We deliver standard delivery to:-

  1. United Kingdom.
  2. Northern Ireland.
  3. Isle of Man.
  4. Scottish Highlands.
  5. Scottish Lowlands Islands.

Some goods cannot be returned by post because of legal restrictions. They include:-

  1. DVDs if you’ve broken the seal on the wrapping.
  2. Perishable and other items that deteriorate fast.
  3. Where the packaging has been damaged and is now deemed as unsaleable.

Please also:-

  1. Package your return up securely, we will not accept any returns if damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
  2. Take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
  3. Send your return to us as soon as you can after your order is cancelled.
  4. Send the original packaging where possible.
  5. Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.

Returns to store

It’s easy! Just take your delivery note and the product you want to return to Crafty 4 Art and tell them that you bought it online. Make sure you also take your PayPal receipt so the payment can be refunded.  We will not refund is cash for legal reasons.  You will find a map on our contact page.

Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available from your Local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

Our Returns Policy and your Right to Cancel

If you’re not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order by post or to one of our stores for a full refund (less the postage cost) or exchange.

Your Rights

  1. You have the right to cancel your order, without having to give a reason, any time within seven working days – Starting on the day after you receive the goods.
  2. We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by email.
  3. You will then have 28 days to please return your order to us, please do try and send the items back by recorded delivery as we are not responsible for items lost in the post.

Refunds

If you would like a refund, once we have received your return we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within ten working days.
